Did you ever ask yourself...

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what life is all about? The general answer here is usually 'No'. I wonder why we seldom ask this question? Are we really not interested? Is it too much trouble to ask? Do we think it would be a waste of time? Or are we afraid to ask, because we might not like the answer? I can think of many other reasons, but perhaps these are the most frequent attitudes. Where do you fit in? Are you afraid of spiritual realities?

It is truly a fascinating area of exploration, if we take the trouble to begin to find out! In fact the field is so vast we will only be able to scratch the surface... Nevertheless, what is available for us to seek out at the present moment is so extraordinary and often very surprising it is well worth the effort. I say this from personal experience, because I found things very confusing, what with superstitions, old wives tales, traditional customs, various orthodoxies that cannot agree amongst themselves, etc.!

It sometimes helps if we make a list in order of curosity and tackle the items one by one... Or in order of what seems our priority to find out about spiritual realities at this moment... Even knowing where to start this quest is not easy, but they do say that all the good and productive things are worth making a effort for - so how about it?

One thing I can say is that the seeking and finding of answers has revolutioned my life for the better! I may not have all the answers, but one thing I do know as truth is LIFE DOES HAVE MEANING AND PURPOSE! We may not be able to always see this or find the meaning for each item, however, little by little things begin to fit. It's really a bit like a jig-saw puzzle, where you start with a lot of small pieces you do not know what to do with, but gradually the picture begins to take shape. Then things start making more sense, and we even see objectives to be achieved, or already won.

What would be your first question about spiritual realities?

Before we go any further I would like to introduce you to an event that I am organising in central London next month, because it is based exactly along these lines of where we can begin to find answers for our questions. Have a look at the poster and see if it strikes a cord with you… then perhaps you would like to come and join us. There will be time for asking questions as well as the various talks, and most interestingly will be a demonstration that will begin our day together.

Here is our poster for the special event directed at all who might be interested to find answers for the questions posed on the poster and anyone who would like to know more about spiritual matters in general.

It will begin from a scientific aspect with a practical demonstration, then continue with information regarding Allan Kardec, (who he was, professionally, scientifically and how he prepared the books). The day will then gradually bring everyone towards the Spiritist Teachings on the basis of what we are supposed to be doing here on Earth and how we are responsible for who and what we are today.

There will be time to chat with the Speakers, time to ask questions and browse the bookstall, with tea and coffee available all day. Plus a nice buffet lunch on the premises (don’t forget to book your lunch!), so I believe a pleasant time can be had by all.

I will look forward to meeting you on this special day of celebration, and please know you will be warmly received by our receptionists.
